Delivery Timelines

All Benjamin Arms products are hand made and may take up to three business weeks to build. When we complete your order you will receive tracking information through the e-mail address submitted during checkout, but you will not receive any other updates during production. Quality weaponry takes time to build, and we thank you for your patience.

Return Policy

Repairs: We stand behind the durability and quality of our products. If a product prematurely breaks during ordinary, regular, and expected service we will happily repair it at our expense for 90 days after delivery. We will happily repair products after 90 days but at the owner’s transport, labor and component expense.

Use & Natural Wear & Tear: Benjamin Arms will not accept returns nor offer compensation for products displaying natural wear and tear. These are practice classical fencing weapons and will naturally wear with use. Natural wear and tear is evidenced by, but not limited to, scratches or dents in the guard, worn or discolored grip wrappings, and oxidation.

Misuse: Our guards are not bucklers, our pommels not maces, and our targets are not focus mits. Products used in a manner other than intended are not subject for returns, refunds or complimentary repairs.  We design our products to 19th century standards and expect them to be used as such.

Refunds: Products may be returned for a full refund only if incorrect in design, faulty in construction, or damaged during shipment. Products must be returned no later than 30 days after delivery and must be completely unused. Return shipping will be paid by Benjamin Arms and refunds will be issued once the product is received. Any handling descriptions, as objective as they are intended, are not guarantees toward overall product satisfaction and are not grounds for returns or refunds.
